FT & PT MEDIA SALES CONSULTANTS – 32K OTE full-time – part time: Pro rata

We’re looking for hungry sales representatives who have an appetite to earn a good salary and commission in a pleasant, pace trending environment.

With our exciting new contracts we are now looking for Sales Representatives who can prove they have what it takes. Both FT and PT positions are available and the role is part office and part field based. Own transport is a must (expenses paid) but with the way our company is set up, staff have the ability to work away from the office when needed so it doesn’t necessarily matter if you are local to Ringwood or not. Providing you can prove you have the tenacity to work un-supervised at times whilst also being able to come to the office for meetings as and when required, we’d like to speak to you.

If you know how to get past the gate keeper to speak to the decision maker, if you know how to negotiate and turn a no into a yes, then we want to hear from you. Although this is a Media Sales role and past experience in this industry is preferable, we recognise that our ideal candidates might not necessarily come from a media background, so why not contact us and find out more?

You should ideally have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment – either telephone or field sales (or both)
  • Ambitious and self-driven
  • A can-do approach that puts our customers needs first
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with Directors, senior managers and decision makers
  • Ability to close high value deals
  • Experience and willingness to use CRM systems
  • A full driving licence

Important note:- Please be aware this is a telesales/face to face selling role, it is not a marketing role. Experience in basic word and outlook is a must and all in house CRM training will be given.


MEDIA TECHNICIAN – flexible hours – approx 32 hours per month. Salary negotiable.

If you’re the handy type with great attention to detail, then you could be just the person we are looking for. This is a flexible role which requires a fit person in general good health to assist us in the installation of flags and signs in and around Bournemouth & Poole on behalf of our customers.

You will be required to use ladders and mobile platforms (Cherry Pickers), therefore experience in a similar fitting or technical role is preferred, however training can be given to the right individual.

You will sometimes have to attend sites in windy and rainy conditions (as well as very warm sunny conditions in the summer!) so the ideal candidate should be happy to work outdoors. The ideal candidate should display the following qualities:

  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible in their attitude to the job as this is a fast changing environment
  • Polite and professional when meeting customers and members of the public
  • Able to follow instructions
  • A ‘handy-person’ who is able to understand or learn the simple technical aspects of erecting flags and signs
  • Fit and healthy as the job will require physical exertion

Transport is provided. Full driving licence is essential.
